It features a seamless integration of the reliable Look Pivot 2.0 15 alpine binding with CAST's lightweight pin-tech touring toe. The system allows for an easy switch between downhill and uphill modes, offering both the safety and elasticity of an alpine binding with the efficiency of a pin binding for touring.

The updated system introduces several key improvements over the previous version, enhancing both functionality and weight savings. Notably, the new system is lighter, shedding about 242 grams in ski mode and 92 grams in touring mode compared to the original. This weight reduction, combined with a more compact plate design, makes it a more efficient choice for backcountry enthusiasts. Additionally, the 2.0 features a redesigned mounting plate and an improved toe interface, ensuring better performance and reliability in challenging conditions.

CAST is now using the Pivot 2.0 as the binding of choice for their system. The mounting pattern is exactly the same as a traditional pivot, but the Look heel unit and brake assembly has been reworked.

These parts are exclusively compatible with the newest (2024) Cast Freetour 2.0 binding.

Second Ski Kit 2.0: A set of toe bases and brake locks for a second pair of skis.

Base Plate 2.0 Pair: This pair of toe pedestals will work with either our WTR, GripWalk, or Alpine AFD’s.
