Nice and cruisey. This outing takes you on the most popular trail in Crumpit woods. You will see why it is so popular once you get into a nice flow on the single track lined with massive ferns. Enjoy a nice warm up along the FSR before heading up the first climb. If you are not in a rush take an extra 20 minutes to check out the Mamquam River Canyon (100 Meters downhill from Either yellow gate).
